​At first, the magazine was just a spark of an idea in the mind of Cassandra Mack — international best-selling author, Christian life coach, founder of Cassandra Mack Ministries & the voice of online counsel to thousands who are seeking to unlock more of their personal power, potential and purpose in God through Christ.

Born and raised in New York City, Cassandra Mack witnessed virtually every kind of struggle and story. This taught her that while our journeys are all different, our core needs for hope, purpose, and wisdom are universal. She created Da'Glow Magazine to speak to that shared human experience through a biblical lens. Cassandra learned that faith couldn't be kept in a Sunday morning box—it had to work on a crowded subway, in a fast-paced job with diverse personalities, in troubling situations where predatory people look to take advantage of naive ones and in the midst of life's dilemmas, stressors and pressure. She saw that people needed tips, tools & tactics that were as practical and resilient as the city she came from.

For years, she watched people in her ministry and online community searching for something more. Many read self-help books. Some listened to personal growth podcasts, but they still craved something deeper, something more cohesive & wholistic—something that wouldn’t just motivate them in the moment, but would anchor them in a tangible, practical way.

The men and women who sought her counsel had resources for faith. For wellness. For success. But for the person who was searching for a place where it all came together —faith, mental wellness, self-care, navigating relationships and success strategies, there was nothing that felt accessible and actionable for everyday men and women of faith.

So between her Church By Phone sermons, Wellness Club sessions, and YouTube teaching videos, Cassandra had a vision. She filled journals with ideas, outlines, and prayers for what a  personal growth magazine through a Biblical lens could be—a resource where woman and men could find mental self-care tips, relationship advice, success strategies,  all under the same roof, rooted in the Scriptures. She asked the people in her community, her prayer partners, her family—and they all said the same thing: “We need this.”

​The vision grew. The confirmation from God became clearer. People kept asking: “When can I read it? When is the magazine launching?”

Cassandra knew she had something bigger than a publication—she had a Calling to serve people of faith through this magazine.

But the journey wasn’t easy. It took seasons of patience, planning, and aligning with divine timing. Seasons of trusting God's promise over the process. Then, the right door opened. A clear structure for the magazine emerged, with sections for Kingdom-Centered Founders and Navigating Friendships—a crystalized  vision took shape to serve the readers of Da'Glow Magazine.
