Our Values
Faith: Faith is the foundation of Christianity as a whole. (Act 6:7) We walk by faith, stand by faith and are empowered for each task that lies ahead of us by faith. We believe that faith is the catalyst for: Answered Prayers (James 1:5-8), Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Peace (Romans 15:13), Victory and Goal Achievement (1 John 5:4), Restoration and Resilience (John 11:40-44), Integrity and Veracity (Romans 3:21-22), Healing and Wholeness (Matthew 9:27-29), and for Success and Increase (John 6:5-14)
Prayer: We understand that prayer is the most life-affirming strategy that empowers us to accomplish more by consulting with our Creator about the big picture of our lives as well as the details that drive our decisions. Prayer is the vehicle that taps into all things spiritual. Prayer is the means by which God allows us to partner with him in the fulfilling of his purpose and plan for our lives. At Cassandra Mack Ministries, we believe that Prayer is the principal means of connecting with God, and accessing all of the blessings and provision that is available to us. (Matthew 21:22)
Potential: We believe that every person on this earth has been given all they need to fulfill their purpose and achieve authentic success in the form of unrealized potential. Through our Kingdom-based empowerment strategies; we help people maximize potential by learning to unlock the kingdom within. And by learning to live in the fullness of Christ we build the capacity to letting our lights so shine that we become assets to our families, communities and every sphere we influence.
Purpose: Every life has purpose and meaning. At Cassandra Mack Ministries, we understand that our purpose is directly related to the problems that we have been called by God to solve. Problems are divine opportunities for increased impact and legacy building. When confronted with problems, we help people create Kingdom-centered solutions and prepare themselves for the promotion that will inevitably result from the seeds they have sown. (Exodus 9:16)
Capacity Building: We believe that every person on this planet has the ability to contribute to the success and wellbeing of their family, job, and community by giving of their time, talent and treasure as well as engaging in a strategic capacity-building process. At Cassandra Mack Ministries, we help build capacity, because when ordinary people are equipped to unlock potential, maximize their strengths and pursue purpose with focus, they produce results that increase success and positively impact others. (Philippians 4:13)
Diversity: We are committed to the creation of supportive environments that welcome diverse people. We understand that in order for teamwork and leadership to be effective, these ideals can only flourish in environments where diversity is welcomed and everyone is invited to the table (Matthew 22:9). Jesus had a team of diverse disciples who helped him carry out his ministry and mission on earth. They were a diverse group with a diversity of gifts. There are a diversity of gifts in each and every one of us (1 Corinthians 12: 4)
Integrity: We strive to maintain integrity that is consistent with the teachings of Christ and that is outlined for us in the Fruit of the Spirit in (Galatians 5:22-23).
Prosperity: We believe that true prosperity is not about earning a living, but creating a life that is characterized by meaning, joy, peace of mind & impact. Prosperity can be measured by the wellbeing of our inner world (3 John 2: 1) and the lives we touch as we learn, grow, create, contribute and connect with our fellow human beings.
Salvation: We believe that salvation involves the redemption and transformation of the total person, and is available freely to all who believe in the gift of salvation given by God through Jesus Christ. And as each one works out his own salvation (Philippians 2: 12) there is a transformational growth, capacity and character building in Christ Jesus that enables us to glorify God by walking in the good works that God has prepared for us beforehand (Ephesians 2: 10)
